Woke up and went to a local diner, wanted to eat some meat. Lunch:

- burger without the bread
- sweet potato fries (about 6-7 pieces)
- chipotle sauce
Dinner:
- chappli kabob: I have a recipe for these round little delectable nibblets. You need:
- ground beef
- Shaan masala: Chappli kabob (get from your local indian grocery)
- salt, pepper to taste
- garam masala (again, indian store)
- tomato, onion, cilantro
- chili powder
- FRESH ginger
- use about 1/2 of the shaan masala, depending on how much spice you want and how much beef you're using. chop up the tomatos, cilantro, ginger, and onions into small pieces and mix with the beef as well. form into little meatballs on the palm of your hand (about the size of a golfball) and smash flat. cook on the stove until thoroughly cooked. serve with plain yogurt.
- roasted eggplant w/yogurt sauce
- use a small chopper/blender to mix greek yogurt with garlic and cilantro and spread on top of roasted eggplaint
Sunday:
- no breakfast or lunch
- dinner: goat curry with 1/2 naan
I didn't go to the gym this weekend either.
